Then they submitted a planning application with the wrong plan on it. Story Here
Now I’ve had it confirmed that the county council has indeed blundered in not submitting an application to vary the fence line of the Academy from that set by the Planning Committee which gave the original planning consent. I am told that, having had this pointed out, such an application is now imminent. That’s as it should be. People are entitled to expect the same adherence to planning law by their council as their council enforces on them when they make planning applications.
